Summary: Despite the nice (albeit muddy) backyard, the washer/dryer that worked, and our host being responsive and even coming out to help with the oven, it wasn’t enough to ever recommend anyone to stay at this property. The trailer is located in an extremely run down area, full of of other uncared for trailers, many full of junk in their yards. This trailer was very old, with soft spots in the floors on the verge of falling through when stepped on, gaps between the wall and door, windows in poor condition, dishwasher left a film on everything and didn’t wash well. There was a cat on the property that followed us everywhere when outside and was determined to get into the house, which it actually did when we opened the door to go outside. We managed to get it out again, but it stayed in the front porch, even sleeping on the couch on the front porch.
