Positive: Nice quiet location not too far from Bryce Canyon National Park. Had nice outdoor porch area and plenty of indoor space. Overall the property was in good condition for an older historical home.

Negative: Only 1 bathroom but that was OK for a few days. Bathroom fan did not work and one lamp in a bedroom was missing a turn off/on knob. There was a musty smell so there may be some mold somewhere in the house.

Summary: Liked the location and value of the stay. Overall a good place to stay.

Positive: Good distance to town center, close to another town called Tropic and close to Bryce Canyon and Kodachrome Park. Home size and size if each room was good. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Negative: It is an old home, and people shall be prepared for it. But if you know what can be expected, it can be a great stay.

Positive: House is amazing. Old but kept in an excellent shape, clean, spacious and comfy. Located 15 minutes from Bryce City in a quite little town.

Negative: No related to the property, but we didn't have reception in Cannonville so I couldn't access the email with the entry code. Make sure you screenshot it before arriving as I had to drive to nearby RV site to use their wifi to get the code

Negative: Only thing: maybe have some kleenex boxes around? Otherwise, all good.
