Summary: Excellent, warm accommodation in wonderful Arnside. Very nice, tasteful apartment with access outside onto the covered veranda and grounds. Great views of the bay. Comfortable beds and seating in the living area. It could just do with some more time spent on the cleaning. Maybe they don't allow the cleaners sufficient time other than for a basic clean? The walk-in shower needs a serious scrub and the hand-held shower was growing mould out of it, yuk!! The washing machine is still awaiting repair and no sign of the welcome pack mentioned in the write up (online description needs changing). I know a few of these issues have been mentioned previously in other reviews, and I contacted Cottages.com to ask if they had been sorted, and they assured me they had, so I can't understand why they have still not yet been addressed. Such a shame as it could be perfect with a little more attention.

Summary: Arnside view is a lovely apartment with gorgeous views. The beds and showers are amazing. For a modern apartment it felt comfy and cosy. The downsides are the high cupboards, tv a bit of a nightmare but probably just me. Fridge froze everything, again I didnâ€™t check so probably just me. No mirror in master bedroom for hair, make up etc. No guest book so I could give the heads up to future guests, and lastly a bit of an ant invasion! Having said all that, had a lovely stay in a beautiful part of the country and would return to Arnside view.
