Positive: Luxurious accommodation in a stunning location. The view from the balcony is amazing. We didn't need to use the car for the 3 days we were there because there are lovely walks on the doorstep and used the train from the station in the village.

Negative: Have to leave car on road. Can't park outside property other than drop off and pick up. Didn't bother me but could be an issue

Positive: Location is amazing, layout of the property takes full advantage. Thoughtful, good quality fixtures, fittings ,tableware and bedding. We didn't use the car for 3 days.

Negative: We didn't mind this, but you do have to park on a public road up a short but steep hill.

Positive: Beautiful spacious apartment that was perfect for a relaxing long weekend away! Huge windows allow for stunning views from the apartment. Well equipped kitchen. We would definitely come back to do some walking or use it as a base for exploring the south Lakes.

Negative: We were lucky and able to park by the property as the owners were away. Usually you are required to park at the top of the road which is up a steep hill which wouldn’t have been an issue for us but might not be suitable for all.
