**( Must Rent 30 Days ) ** Total remodeling from ceiling to floor, wide open kitchen with SS appliances, wood cabinets and granite counter tops, computer desk with FREE WIFI and high speed internet integrated in the kitchen. New efficient Air conditioning system. New washer and dryer in the unit’s large laundry room, master bedroom with King size bed, 32” flat screen HDTV with DVD player multi zone, modern master bathroom with glass top vanity and Toto toilet, new shower tub with glass door and a large walk in closet. The great room with 40” flat screen HDTV with DVD player multi zone has a western exposure boosting great Florida sunsets, large patio doors give a great open space feeling and lots of breeze when the temperature cools off. The dining area with glass top table and four leather chairs will accommodate four guests for gourmet meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. The breakfast bar in granite is 9 feet long with four adjustable bar stools. The 1200 SQF apartment has a spilt floor plan and the guest quarters are located on the east side, the bed room with a new Queen size bed, a 26' flat screen HDTV night tables, dresser and spacious closet will please guests and family alike, the bathroom with modern vanity, Toto toilet, bath tub and porcelain tiles is very comfortable. The condo is located on the fourth floor in building 9 (five floors building), the complex has two large swimming pools, fitness center and over 20 tennis courts. Ideally located east of 95 and just west of US1, 30 minutes from Ft Lauderdale airport, 15 minutes from Boca Town center, 15 minutes from West Palm Beach airport and 20 minutes from West Palm Beach City Center.

Summary: Annies condo was AMAZING!! The pictures accurately portray all the amenities of this condo. It has been completely remodelled with very modern touches. It was just like being at home equipped with everything and more to completely enjoy the time there. It was immaculately clean and the beds were very comfortable. It is well situated within a 10 minute drive to Delray Beach and the beaches. The pool area was very nice with lots of chairs and shade if required. Annie was an outstanding host and we could see she cared about our stay when she greeted us upon arrival. Annie was a very good communicator throughout the rental process. We would certainly stay at Annies condo in the future

Summary: This 4th floor condo was clean and comfortable. Though we were not there during the day, we were able to enjoy the pool and gym a few times. We enjoyed walking to the local stores, Whole Foods and Target. The HOA makes sure the grounds and lobby are clean and well maintained. I would stay here again though restaurants require a drive, many were close. The drive to the beach was easy and direct. Annie was kind and accommodating. There was a tiny issue with the a/c when we arrived, but was quickly resolved without any inconvenience. Two large bedrooms, full size washer and dryer, and other amenities made our stay like home. Hope to return for another great Florida visit.

Summary: Comfortable condo, adequate space, nice amenities.....only negative was the limited view access from the balcony due to the building's design. The building gave a very dated appearance.....very lackluster....building felt old...lobby furnishings could afford to be updated.

Summary: Our stay could not have been better. We were at the property for four months due to a relocation.. The property as stated was in brand new condition. It was immaculate. The property was also centrally located for us. The owners were just a pleasure to work with. We had a little problem with the dryer and we all worked together get it promptly resolved. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a well maintained seasonal rental.
