Positive: Clean, comfortable, great location and good value. We have been staying at Mont Clare for many years and love the location and apartment setup.

Negative: 1. No reception. The fear of not getting access if arrival is late. we booked a room at Metro hotel for that reason.We met a fmly outside who were unable to access the keys after a long flight, on a cold wet night; 2. Instruction given kept changing and not clear, eg originally collect from box opp then changed to box in front of hotel, code given could not open unless you key in # which was not explained, key dropbox instruction was not clear n we had to seek clarifications twice; My 2 sen.

Positive: Location was great and parking was free which is why I booked it.

Negative: Unit had strong smoke smell and could have done with a reno or a better clean (shower had quite a bit of mold)
