Summary: We received a similar upgraded room to our previous visit which was greatly appreciated along with wine and tapas. The day manager on this occasion was very visible talking with residents of closing ourselves which was greatly appreciated - can’t fault the hotel or service and will certainly stay again on next Perth trip

Summary: I stayed in PACIFIC Club suites, overall stay is excellent except the breakfast in club suite it’s not the best. Lots of them doesn’t feel fresh. It seems like leftover food. But the rest is okay

Summary: We could hear people talking in the next room when in our bedroom and also when showering. Fridge wasnt very cold, tv was on a slant, we were watching a movie and kept getting kicked out and had to start from beginning. The room setup isnt user friendly, lounge in an awkward position. The only really good thing was housekeeping do a great job during your stay.
