Positive: Location, setting - small property mostly commercial making it a hidden gem, with grocery, el, everything you could want including gym, in walking distance.

Negative: There’s nothing I didn’t like, but to assist others: 1) the el is on the same street. If you cannot ignore noise not your spot, if the el sounds like waves in the ocean to you than this is a spot to snag; 2) if you cannot do stairs also not your spot, no elevator.

Summary: On foot, quiet and quaint inside, couldn’t have been a better choice.

Positive: Clean and centrally located to everything. Staff (property management) was responsive when I was there. Great shower pressure.

Negative: TV was hooked up to an antenna and couldn't watch much of anything cuz it kept pixelating. No response from staff (property management) when asked 3 separate times prior to arriving about a check in question.
