Positive: The owner was very willing to support and very attentive to any need we would have. Many items were missing in the house but as soon as we told the owner, he would help us getting those items.

Negative: There are some unfinished works in the house, the apartment is next to a big road therefore noisy. Some basic items like wifi router had to be requested - yet everything we asked was provided eventually.
