Positive: Honestly the treatment here is for 5* hotel and not of guest house ! Because hew making the service brillant is really impressive. Special thanks to Mr Haile for his kindness and professionalism since the first moment of the free pick up from the airport,the early check in, helping with buying sim card , helping for booking the bus tickets to other cities, he was always available for any help and providing all the needed information. And we don't forget the other staff who were super friendly as well. The location was perfect, near to the tram and the city centre and so many markets and restaurants. If there is more than 10 in rating obviously I will give it to the place with pleasure.

Positive: Do not expect a luxury hotel, but great value for money, staff is helpful and the manager competent, and you can walk in 30 min to center (have in mind, that Addis is a big town and it is better to go by taxi). They even arranged a pickup from the airport for me.

Positive: - The host Haile was incredibly helpful; he got us a SIM card, helped us arrange overland busses, let us store luggage and helped us get money at a decent rate. Haile's help made it so much easier to arrive in Ethiopia, thanks!! - The rooms are basic (its not a Hilton hotel) but absolutely clean and everything works well. Best value for money we found in the country!! - Tea/coffee available at any time for free :) Laundry service also very cheap.

Negative: All great, nothing to complain about!

Positive: The staff are amazing. Haile is very responsive and i'm so happy he speaks English with a lot of ease. Very good place to stay and pocket friendly.

Negative: No iron box available and it would be nice if the kitchen could be available to fix up something for oneself.
