Summary: The homeowner took special care when renovating this historic home. Beautifully done! We were all very impressed with the cleanliness and amenities offered to us from the homeowner. Summary: Clean, welcoming, and perfect. I was able to have a quiet space to work remotely while my daughter attended Cal Poly events. The home was a fantasic landing space for us and her friends. Summary: Loved the house from the beginning - it is as lovely as portrayed in the pictures and more. We were greeted with snacks and a bottle of wine. The decor is what you wish you had in your own home and there is all you need to stay comfortably. Felt like we were visiting our friends’ home. Loved that we could walk everywhere. Communication with Michael was easy and enjoyable - he is professional and prompt and helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable, and even the bathroom lotion smells good! Cannot recommend this little gem enough!

Summary: Would give a 100 rating if I could! Everything we could possibly need was in the home, and the space is even nicer than the pictures online. The location was absolutely perfect for walking into town to all the best restaurants. Would definitely recommend! We’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

Summary: Beautifully renovated home! Comfortable with all the amenities. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The host was easy to communicate with prior to arrival and very responsive during our stay. Will definitely be staying again when we return to San Luis Obispo.
