Summary: We stayed here for Mother’s Day and had a decent experience, but there were a few issues worth noting. Some parts of the place were broken—like the fridge frame and the record player cord, which was completely detached. The home isn’t particularly senior-friendly; there was a rug layered over another in the living room that created a tripping hazard.We were really looking forward to the hot tub, but it was disappointing—it had a lot of dirt particles and didn’t feel clean. The stairs down to the beach also felt unsafe, with only a thin rope as a railing. Please use caution if you decide to go that way.That said, the beds were very comfortable, and the place had all the essentials we needed. With a few repairs and safety improvements, this could be a great stay, especially considering the price.

Summary: I had the pleasure of staying at Birch Bay Frame, and it was an unforgettable experience! The location is unbeatable – right on the ocean, with stunning views right from the property. We even spotted seals swimming in the water, which was such a nice surprise. The house itself was immaculate, clean, and very well-maintained. We especially loved the hot tub – it was the perfect way to relax while taking in the beautiful surroundings. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be coming back for another stay!

Summary: This is a beautiful A frame with an amazing view. We enjoyed the patio and taking the steps to the beach. We saw an eagle fly right above us. We will be back!
