Renovated in 2019, yet keeping its vintage charm, this home is ideal for larger/extended families or groups traveling together. The kitchen has all the essentials and an easy walk to restaurants and local shops. There are Three Queen bedrooms on the second floor, a King bedroom on the third floor, and a Queen pullout sectional sofa in the lower level family room. Summary: Traveled to Dubuque for a family reunion at Eagle Point Park over the weekend. We had 10 people so with the fold-out couch in the lower level, everyone had a bed. No excuse not to go to church Sunday morning - Cathedral right across the street! Had a great stay in this older townhome floor plan that has been updated and equipped with modern appliances. Very clean and would stay again.

Summary: Chose this house because it was close to the family members we were visiting. Situated in a nice neighborhood, the home had a very well stocked kitchen, clean and modern bathrooms and very comfortable beds with superior linens. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and highly recommend this property.

Summary: Enjoyed our stay in a very historic home in Dubuque. We enjoyed the location as it was close to many breweries and restaurants. We enjoyed downtime in the basement it was very quiet and inviting.
