Positive: Beautiful home, well decorated! House is very clean! Beds are comfortable. The host was very responsive!

Negative: WiFi was out but it was the weekend and couldn’t be fixed until Monday.

Summary: We had a great stay! Would love to stay here again when we are in the area!

Positive: The location is very convenient if you are staying in town for an event at Loras College or University of Dubuque. You do need a car if you plan on heading into the downtown area. It's walkable, but it is at least a mile or so.

Negative: The check out time of 10 am is a little on the early side. Getting our bags together, using the shower, and needing to ensure things are clean and tidy by a 10 am walk-out made me a bit anxious.
