Summary: We had a great stay! The townhouse is exactly as pictured. It has everything you need for a stay. We only stayed for one night, but found it to be decorated nicely, super clean, and in a nice neighborhood close to anything you might want to do while in Dubuque.

Summary: I loved this townhouse. Comfortable, quiet, easy access to downtown and to other areas in Dubuque. Take the Fenelon elevator! Worth the view and the historic significance. The houses in the area are beautiful. The place was decorated nicely and had everything I needed for a business stay including space to set up my ‘office’ space in the kitchen. Comfortable beds, great shower, easy in and out. The steep stairs and step up to the bedrooms on the second floor with bathroom on the first floor should be mentioned in the description. Definitely would have been difficult for anyone who gets up in the night or who are older.

Summary: Close to everything we wanted to see. We have small children and wanted to be able to go back to our lodging in between activities for meals and naps. This was super convenient and we loved being able to cook and eat like we normally would instead of so much eating out.
