It makes the most of its elevated location on the Menaggio hills which offer superior lake views from its sunny and spacious private terrace.
Inside, the modern 1st-floor retreat features a functional, well-equipped and recently renovated layout; perfect for relaxation and entertaining. In the main large living area, guests can kick back and relax within the generous open plan lake view incorporating a roomy Living room, Dining area, and Reading area in front of a new pellet fireplace and a brand new Kitchen.
Guests can enjoy unwinding on the sumptuous sofa, which is accompanied by a 65" flat screen smart TV (internet abled for Netflix etc.) and a Blue-Ray DVD player. The apartment also includes two CD stereo and iPod speakers and free in-house WiFi.
