Access to the apartment is by elevator or stairs, with a street entrance and a private apartment entrance on the third floor. Tucked neatly at the side of the apartment are 3 bedrooms, 1 master double room with large glass/paneled walk-in rain shower, a second double bedroom plus twin room sharing a second shower room. The hallway melts into the lounge, with comfy sofas giving room to relax, read or watch TV complemented by a fully equipped kitchen and granite top food preparation island, perfect for home catering. Lounge patio windows hug the balcony which wraps around the entire lounge space, ideally positioned to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun.
