Summary: This house met our needs for having a place to stay and visit family. Beds comfy.

Summary: We are first time renters and older couple visiting family and friends for a month. We felt the house was nice. I loved the kitchen table so all of us could sit around it. The backyard was fenced in and kept up. The neighbors were very friendly. Good location close to the beltway. Feel Nikki did a nice job for us as well as her property manager, Michelle. Any little glitches were taken care of immediately.

Summary: We had 6 adults in town for a funeral-this home had plenty of space for us and very close to I-465 which made it a convenient location. The place had updated furnishings and was very clean. We had requests for additional kitchen items (additional glassware, more utensils and other items) since we were planning to cook several meals there and the owner was very responsive and accommodating—delivered the items we requested promptly. She even sent us sympathy flowers— very thoughtful! We did not have time for using the fire pit but we did not see any wood so you would need to clarify with the owner if that is provided or not if you plan to use it. Overall, this was an enjoyable stay, and the owner is very responsive and accommodating to guest requests.

Summary: The property was easy to find and ready for us. The only downside, and the reason I did not leave 5 stars, was that it smelled heavily of cigarettes. (Judging by the trash cans outside, the previous guests had a real blowout New Years celebration.) Other people have commented on the place not being finished. There is evidence that it is still a work in progress, but all of us would stay here again should the need arise.

Summary: We’ve stayed at several rental houses for baseball trip....we’ve never encountered a host SO accommodating for the few issues that we had. For example, the washing machine wasn’t working and she sent someone to pick up our laundry and bring it back to us clean fairly late at night. . Nikki was great! The biggest negative was the drive to Grand Park and traffic but overall a good stay.

Summary: We were looking for something close to Laurel Hall that would accommodate 2 families, so this location was perfect. Everything was provided that we needed. Nikki was quick to resolve an internet/streaming issue that was caused by a previous customer so we couldn't fault her for that. In fact, she went out of her way to resolve it and we enjoyed her company while fixing it.

Summary: This is an older home which was very clean and spacious. Small details still needed to improved overall look ( door trim paint , some peeling paint, door stick, old heating system looks rough ) are very easy to ignore since the home was very comfortable and clean. Anything that we found we needed we just gave a shout out to the home owner and she fixed it or brought it to us. I would stay here again....
