All the TV’s are smart and if you have a Firestick or any game system they will work. We provide basic TV only but do provide wireless WiFi. This little house has all the amenities of a Home Away from Home. This comfortable 2 BR bungalow is located less than 2 miles from I-465 interstate. It's 1 mile south of Historic Ft. Harrison State Park and The Fort golf course. Three minutes from ITT, the IU Medical center, The Finance Center, LA Fitness, YMCA, and the Lawrence Soccer fields. About 10 minutes away Community North Hospital Campus. It's less than 15 minutes to downtown Indianapolis. It is 24 minutes to the International Airport. This house is a NON-SMOKING, vaping, cigar or any other substance in the home. However, there are plenty of areas outside to smoke. Unfortunately we do not allow pets. You have the complete home to use. Internet and basic TV. Desk space for work. There are two areas for guest to smoke outside only. There is a gas grill for your use along with a wood fire pit in the backyard for your use too. We just added a nice front porch deck area for your enjoyment too. The neighborhood is a quiet well established one. Some of the eating establishments and Micro Breweries are less than 5 minutes away. We provide a coffee Kurig machine for your convenience along with a variety of coffee choices and tea. We also provide a complimentary bottle of wine for your pleasure for our multiple nite reservations.
As previously stated. for the comfort and health of all of our guests, this is a
NO SMOKING home. If you are going to have a problem respecting that, please don't ask us for accommodations.

Summary: We stayed here for a week while in town for a school class. It was the perfect place to come back to relax and chill after a long day of sitting in class. There was adequate space for 3 of us to have privacy and space to relax, study, or watch TV. The kitchen was fully equipped with cookware so we could cook meals instead of eating out. There were many small touches that made it an excellent stay: access to the grill, good toilet paper, shampoo and soap provided, plenty of linens, etc. We were pleasantly surprised that there were actually 2 twin beds, not just 1, which gave us even more space to spread out. A big bonus that the twin beds adjusted and vibrated/massaged! One thing to be aware of regarding location- I did not feel unsafe at any point, but the area also wasn't one I would have felt safe going for a walk alone as a female in. Also, if you are planning on driving in/out of the city of Indianapolis, be prepared for some rush hour traffic. I will definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Summary: Overall stay was good, host was great, very friendly. Property was very clean, good shape. Only negative was the 2 twin beds in the one bedroom were a little small for adult use. Would be fine for kids. Also dogs next door would be barking certain times during the night. Not a major issue though. All in all it was a good stay with the accommodations we needed.

Summary: My mother and I were planning to come and visit a family member in the hospital but when things changed, I had reached out to Cathy and asked for an early check in. I don’t like doing that because I know it can cause a strain on the host but Cathy was so gracious and had the place ready for us when we were hoping to (even earlier than we asked) though it was a bit of an inconvenience due to having guests checking out that morning. She was so easy to communicate with and I just can’t say enough good things about her. If you’re looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend booking here! You won’t regret it.
