Positive: The house was clean with all mod cons. Any requests we made prior to check in was fulfilled ..highly recommended especially for families. This accommodation is close to all important landmarks and shops in this area. We'll be back.

Positive: We really enjoyed everything about our stay. The house is spacious, tasteful, clean and comfortable. We were 4 adults and 3 teens and it worked perfectly. Kelly was a great host, all comms timely, informative and helpful. We had a question on arrival and Kelly responded promptly on Whatsapp. Kitchen is well equipped and we cooked up a storm on both days. Outside space is sunny and pleasant but also good for a bit of a kick around with a ball, i.e. not too pristine. A bbq would be an added bonus! Outside area is safe and enclosed. A couple of mins drive to lovely Pagham beach, nature reserve and decent pubs. Had lunch at the Lamb Inn, which was good. Thank you so much!

Negative: There wasn't anything we didn't like, everything was great, oh, a bin in the bathroom would be good :)
