Summary: We loved our stay at Troy’s place. The apt was exactly as described. We had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked including a tea kettle! I’ll definitely suggest this place to others who maybe traveling to Anchorage. Kava House is right around the corner and was great for breakfast!

Summary: Apartment was up graded and very nice. Manager had a nice surprise welcome when we walked in. Manager had signs outside well detailing where apartmemt C was located. He had numerous items inside that you could use.

Summary: Everything was perfect....welcome sign, a couple snacks to eat, (which was super helpful after a long flight), attentive owner. Troy followed up with us on our arrival day before we got there with a phone call, to make sure we had everything. He even called us during our stay to let us know that a moose was in the backyard if we wanted to see it. The place was very clean and organized. He thought of everything to make or stay perfect. I can't say enough of the place. Definitely a gold standard of rentals.
