Summary: Good, clean apartment in a central location in Paris. Quick access to public transportation and restaurants. Grocery store just around the corner. Apartment was nice and modern. AC is only in living area so the two fans provided were a must to move air into the bedroom. There is a window from the bedroom into the bathroom which we had to cover for privacy. Other than that, the apartment was great for our family. Claude was an excellent host and very responsive.

Summary: We loved Claude's place. It was in the perfect location surrounded by lively streets yet very quiet at night for resting. The air conditioning is very efficient and kept us cool during the heatwave. With so many options for eating just out the door we didn't cook at all!

Summary: Claude was a great host. He met us at the apartment and showed us what we needed to know about the rental. The location couldn’t have been better!! Bakeries, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping- all within a five minute walk!! The apartment itself was very comfortable even the pull out couches!! We had everything we needed! Would definitely recommend this stay if you’re heading to Paris!!

Summary: This was all you could ask for in a VRBO. We had a chance to wash our clothes which was really nice. It’s in a great location, and allowed us to fully enjoy Paris. All in all this is a great experience and I do not have any complaints.

Summary: Claude is a great host, with very good recommendations for restaurants, bakeries, and sightseeing! The beautiful apartment is a block away from one of the best streets in Paris, Rue Montorgueil. Very comfortable beds! We would definitely stay there again!

Summary: This beautiful and spacious apartment is located in an amazing location less than 5 minutes away from metro station and large shopping mall. It is also very close to numerous restaurants and grocery stores but was never too loud for us to sleep or rest after a day of sightseeing. The apartment was well furnished with plenty of towels/linens/pillows for our family and the kitchen was fully stocked. It also included a washer and dryer which was huge for us as we traveled with kids. Claude was super nice and welcoming and was an incredible host. We even had umbrellas provided which came in handy during two days of rain. Would highly recommend this apartment for its location, amenities and amazing host.
