You will be charmed by its Parisian character under the roofs with its breathtaking view of Paris from all the rooms of the apartment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a combined microwave oven, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer.

Summary: Apartment is fantastic. Couldn’t recommend it enough. Location is amazing. Straight across the road from the Metro making it so easy to visit all the landmarks across Paris. There is a lovely street across from the apartment with cafes and restaurants. Everything is on your doorstep. Very safe area too.

Summary: We chose this property for a short vacation in Paris with our two teenagers. The host communicated clearly and promptly, check in and check out was simple, and the property itself was fantastic. Comfortable and well-maintained. The location was perfect for our planned activities. Metro nearby, and plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. Highly recommend.

Summary: I cannot say enough great things about the property and the team that owns it! First of all, the area is great! Really close to the metro and so many restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. I always felt safe walking around all day long. This property is centrally located to a lot of attractions. 2nd, the apartment is beautifully decorated. 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Super comfortable. Living room was nice. Full kitchen and laundry. An elevator to help get your luggage up to the apartment. And because it was so warm in Paris, high 80’s most days when we were there, the a/c was amazing. We were actually a little cold sometimes due to how great the a/c was. Then there is the team. They are kind and thoughtful. I always felt they were close if we needed anything. They provide so much info about Paris, you will not go wrong with this apartment. This is 100% worth every cent. We will definitely stay at this apartment the next time we visit Paris.

Summary: My spouse, adult daughter and I loved the apartment and location. It was our first time in this neighborhood and could not have been better. The restaurant Frenchie has taken over a nearby street with great food and shops. Rue Montmoreil is a two block pedestrian street nearby. Rhe location is perfect for walking to Marais and even the left bank. The apartment was simple but comfortable and complete. In short it was 5 stars all the way.

Summary: This property was exceptional value for the money! The neighborhood was very central, and the gentleman that met us was fantastic. They were very understanding and accommodating when our "fluid" arrival times, as they changed a few times. Highly recommend this company of rentals and specifically this flat!
