Quiet Northern Utah neighborhood stationed in front of the Adams canyon mountains.
Guests have full access to the upstairs of the property (unit 1), the front courtyard, and the lifted back deck. The downstairs is a separate airbnb (unit 2) and is not available to guests of your airbnb.
The backyard pool deck and surrounding backyard areas are shared space for all guests of both airbnbs

The salt water pool is heated but in the winter an early spring it is not very hot at all. Middle to late spring (March/April) we will heat it to about 90 degrees. The jacuzzi is year round set to 102.
There is EV charging available upon request and an extra daily fee.

Summary: We loved our stay in Layton. We had three small children with us on our trip and they loved all the toys. It was nice to have the extra children items, such as crib, high chair, bathtub. The kids also loved the clean pool and we saw two deer two of the nights that were eating in the grass behind the property. We had plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 kids.

Summary: We had a delightful experience staying at this property. The decorations were tastefully done, creating a pleasant ambiance throughout. However, I would like to note that there is no washer and dryer conveniently located on the main floor of the house. To access the laundry facilities, one must rent the entire basement. Unfortunately, the owner was not willing to accommodate a quick wash even if the basement was unoccupied. This came as a disappointment as I had packed lightly, expecting to have access to laundry facilities. Had we known beforehand that there was no washer and dryer available, we would have chosen a different property.

Summary: I'm originally from the area (Ogden) but we live on the east coast. We typically travel to Utah annually to see friends and family. Our family consists of four kids (two of which are autistic) and two parents. This home seems perfectly designed for a family like ours. Being in Layton, it's pretty centrally located for our family throughout the Wasatch front (at least Davis and Weber counties, anyway) and it's really conveniently located to food and other options. We had the place to ourselves, and a mini family reunion. The property was perfect, and we felt like the pool and hot tub were well taken care of. The hosts were amazingly responsive, and incredibly helpful in sorting out any problem we had. The property was clearly well loved by the owners, and any issue we had was addressed immediately. We anticipate using this home for our homebase for any trips we make to Utah. It would be great for a family, or a group of people making a ski trip, or other gathering. The backyard view is TO DIE FOR. It's like you're all by yourself in the middle of the wilderness, but if you go out to the street in the front you're instantly back in civilization. This was our most relaxing vacation to date. To say we were impressed would be a large understatement.

Summary: We felt like we were visiting a friend who took special care of us. The home is very unique, great location, and felt inviting. Loved the artwork, decor, furniture, and the fact that they had everything we needed (even with an infant). The hot tub was amazing and we’d come back when it gets warmer just to enjoy the pool and home again. Vrbo is lucky to have this home as a new addition.
