Positive: The Tv is big and have Netflix, the appliances all work well and the location was right next the gora station.

Negative: The main door was a little bit difficult to close , but in the end we get the trick to close it, and the towels were too small for us.

Positive: Extremely spacious and clean Close to great restaurants and bus station So much to see and do in Hakone

Negative: Difficult to locate at first 1 shower would be difficult if we had more than four people

Summary: We enjoyed the spaciousness and comfort of the house. Location excellent!

Positive: The house is very big for four of us. Very clean and comfortable. A wonderful house in a very convenient location. We are happy with our stay.

Negative: Drawback is if you turn all air condition on due to the house is big and we try to heat up, you will lost power when you use hot water and kettle the same time. So need to watch out not to use all three appliance at the same time.

Positive: Location is superb, just a few minutes walk from Gora Station. This accommodation is new and clean. Kitchen utensils new and complete. Toilet clean. Heated toilet seat was excellent.

Negative: Washing machine is really loud at spin mode (wash, rinse & dry mode is silent/acceptable). But I trust this is minor and something owner can fix.

Summary: New & lovely place. Perfect Location from Gora station

Positive: It's a newly renovated place, the tatami rooms are exquisite. Most appliances are brand new. It's also very close to gora station about 3 min by foot. The whole house is spacious, almost too big for the three of us but we were happy to have some room.

Negative: The house can get pretty cold. I would recommend if you are arriving after dark, ask the owner to pre set the heating as when we first arrived the house was freezing. Took an hour or so for it to warm up.
