Positive: My girlfriend and I spent a couple of nights here and were absolutely blown away by the value and quality of our stay. This is exactly what you hope for in a local hotel. The room was spacious, very clean, and felt incredibly homely. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring we were well-rested for our days of exploring the area. The bathroom was also very nice and modern. The real highlight, however, are the owners. A lovely woman and her husband run the place, and their warmth and attentiveness are what set this hotel apart. The wife was an invaluable resource for our trip, eagerly helping us plan and book all the available attractions around the city. Their personal touch made our experience seamless and special. We received so much more than we paid for and would not hesitate to return or recommend this gem to anyone.

Positive: The staff kindly offered to pick us up at the train station, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. What truly made the experience memorable was the genuine kindness and helpfulness of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. All in all, we can highly recommend this hotel — and we will definitely be coming back!

Negative: Located close to the station but a bit of a walk from the city centre and the room was a bit cold but nothing a long sleeve couldn’t fix.

Positive: It's close to the high speed railway and also to building 72. A very cheap shop right next door. Free pick up service. The staff is kind and helpful although they don't speak English. The amenities are great and they provide a really good and powerful hairdryer.

Positive: The best service 🙌. Zhou and Liu are amazing! They picked us up at the airport, the breakfasts were delicious, they help us booking the tickets for the parks, and they were always trying to help us to have a smooth journey in Zhangjiajie. The hotel is super clean and very comfortable. I really recommend them
