Positive: Clean spaciuous doesn’t feel like a cheap hotel. Extremely friendly staff helped me plan my day tour and booked tickets so I didn’t have to mess around and made me coffee in the morning even help me book a taxi when my app wasn’t working

Positive: The host was amazing. It was such an affordable place with such a great facilities. The location was perfect a little didi or just a 20 minute walk to the main attractions. The host took across the map and helped us decide where we wanted to go in the mountain. She spoke great English and was very friendly. It also came with a projector screen and we bought a movie for very cheap to watch. It was very clean and I would definitely stay there again.

Positive: The room is very correct for the price annonced, free laundry service is a plus. Very good location, in a traditional chinese restaurants street, also near the Tianmen mountain cableway. What really makes the difference is the quality of the hotel service, we particulary appreciated the help of Julie and her boss. Both fluent in english (which is a Precious help in China, without them I couldnt have find my lost passeport), both very kind and professionnal. We recommand warmly to every curious traveler who like a local contact ! Gabriel & Oceane :)

Positive: A little hick up with my room when I arrived but it was sorted out quickly. My room was comfortable, staff were friendly and the location was good. There are a lot of eateries nearby. Do ask for a room with a western toilet just to make things easier. Otherwise, you may get a squat toilet.
