Positive: Fantastic views out to the bay with a beautiful little beach reachable by some steps. Loved the converted train car we stayed in! Very comfortable. Food in the restaurant was also very tasty. Overall, excellent value for money!

Positive: Beautiful location, cool idea to use the train wagoons as bungalows. The glass house is great too.

Negative: The food is quite expensive for what you get. The spagetti were nice but the size of the portion was a joke. Even the double portion would have only been a very light lunch but not a full dinner. The triple room has a bunk bed. The lower bed is very comfortable but the upper is just a plank with a very thin futton. They have birds, sheep and an emu. But the enclosure is little for the emu. Not at all species approbirate. We would not visit the place again because we do not want to support that.

Negative: The room was too small for us. There was some water coming up from the floor. The cafe served good food but all the seats were dirty and not inviting.

Summary: It would be nice to refurbish the place. With that view, it will be great.

Positive: This accommodation is a hidden gem! Although it’s a bit difficult to reach by public transport, they offer a convenient pickup service at a very reasonable price, making it easy to get there. The location is fantastic — it’s close to the beach, so you can enjoy stunning ocean views and relax in the fresh sea breeze. It’s a perfect spot for anyone who loves being near the water. The rooms are creatively transformed from old train carriages, decorated with cozy and stylish touches that make you feel right at home. Everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable, and I especially appreciated the many 3-prong sockets available for all my devices. The food was another highlight. Besides the free, delicious breakfast, the café also serves big, tasty meals at very good prices. The staff were truly wonderful — professional, friendly, helpful, and always welcoming guests with warm smiles. I’m sure I will come back again, and I’ll definitely recommend this place to my family and friends!
