Positive: lovely hotel. have a restaurant which was helpful as there was little no nothing locally for food etc. complimentary water from the water dispenser. nice quiet pool, receptionist is so lovely and friendly and always happy to help.

Negative: we stayed in a tent room and we had to leave the tent to go to the bathroom which was behind the tent. this wasn’t that much of an issue but the zip in our tent was playing us so the more we used it the more broken it would become and we feared it would get stuck open but we were okay.

Negative: The nearest shop is an hour walk so bring your own food/water! Bolt/grab don’t go to this location also.

Positive: Proximity to airport Decent restaurant in good location across the road. Didn't try the 'steamed/burned crap' that was on the menu tho.

Negative: No staff there to greet us, had to wait half an hour in the boiling heat, advertised airport transfer was not free. English of staff was poor, so we had difficulty in making ourselves understood. (Ok, our Thai was even poorer.) Karaoke at the restaurant across the road went on to the early hours and our room was actually vibrating. Dogs barking outside the pod at 5.30am.
