Summary: Amazing woman helping us check in. She saw how our baby was overly excited and gave him drawing pen and paper. Made him calm. She deserves 10 stars alone! She has a three year old at home. I did not catch her name. Reward her

Summary: Check-in was OK once we figured out the digital entry system they use. The hotel is close to the river, but much of the downtown (old town) was a bit of a drive. It worked out for us because we had a rental car. Not sure how it would work for someone who relies on public transport. Or stay was great.

Summary: The room is really nice with a beautiful view into the park. The only issue is no air conditioning or fans. Otherwise we loved it and the restaurant was great. As a plus it is within walking distance to schloss schwerin and the gardens

Summary: Nice property, quiet, convenient location, parking is great. Breakfast was very nice, evening bar opening hours are welcomed for a later afternoon early evening beer refresher.

Summary: nice hotel at splendid location, but very muddy parking lot. this also led to a lot of sand and mud in the entrance of the hotel
