Positive: This was one of the most beautiful and helpful places we stayed on our entire trip. They even gave us a free lift to the pier, and the staff were incredibly helpful! Highly, highly recommend this place!

Positive: Modern and well-designed villa with nice touches like wireless chargers and comfortable seating. Very friendly and helpful staff who assisted with transport and bike rental. Convenient location within walking distance to the ferry pier, market, and walking street. Good WiFi and air conditioning, and easy parking if renting a bike. Affordable and a good option for a short stay.

Negative: Not close to the beaches, so transportation is needed. Towels were not comfortable, and housekeeping is only every two days. Mattress was very firm. Bathroom could be improved (small sink and clunky shower controls). Terrace is not private.

Negative: The mattress on the bed was the worst. Also please be aware that the wild life is quite loud at night (birds, squirrels) (nothing the owner can do about :)) If you want to go to a nice beach- take a scooter

From the moment we arrived, the owner was extremely polite, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable and that all of our needs were taken care of. We truly felt looked after the entire time. The villa itself is stunning — spotless, beautifully designed, and the cleanest place we stayed in during our entire time in Thailand. The level of cleanliness and attention to detail was next-level. The privacy is unmatched. Being in our own gated areas private beach area made the experience feel so peaceful and special. The staff were wonderful, professional, and always helpful, adding to the overall feeling of being cared for. The villa is very high-end, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for a perfect stay. Everything about Zout Villas exceeded our expectations, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. We couldn’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again!!!!
