Positive: The location and property of zostel was exceptional, the people were kind and fun loving. The food available at the on-campus café was very good. The nearby restaurants like the catamaran were also good.

Negative: Some things were disappointing such as, hot water was never available in the bathroom, neither in the day not night. That was very problematic. Lighting in the room can be improved.

Positive: Good one

Negative: They have enough lockers for the dormitory, but not a single locks for them. I checked in at night and no one asked me to take a lock too while booking. No shops were also open at that time, so I was not able to explore the property, or local areas because my valuables were not safe in the lockers.

Summary: Everything was fantastic. The staffs were so friendly. A ₹50 lock would have changed my review from good to excellent
