Positive: We loved everything about the holiday home, well equipped, comfortable, and attention to detail, like baby gates for those with little ones, the host Chris was very attentive and helpful, would recommend to anyone, thank you for a lovely weekend

Positive: The house felt really comfortable, like a second home for us. The location to Chester centre and Chester Zoo are very good especially the Zoo, it's about 5 minutes or less in the car. There are shops very close to the house if you need food etc. The garden is a nice size and good to sit in and relax. Chris the owner was very helpful too!

Positive: Spotlessly clean and well.presented house with plenty of space and a huge garden with BBQ and covered seating area,. We found a surprise bottle of prosecco on arrival which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. The facilities were excellent and a good range of glasses, cookware and crockery provided. There was even an.air fryer! We wanted for nothing. Chris the owner maintained excellent communication throughout, ensuring that our stay was as pleasant as possible. A true "home from home". If we are staying in Chester again, we will be back!

Negative: Nothing really, it was all very good. If I had to pick one thing, the freezer sections in the fridge need defrosting, but I really am clutching at straws here!!

Positive: Lovely, roomy house. Owner in contact and very helpful. Nice touch of bottle of Prosecco. House well stocked with towels etc. Nice big garden. Easy walking distance to Zoo and Park and Ride for Chester. Close to shops and takeaways. Did not need to use car.

Positive: Highly recommend this property and a fantastic location for Chester Zoo. Great touches in the bathrooms such as built in toothbrush holders, along with floor lighting and Bluetooth speakers. The beds were so comfy and we all slept so well. The decoration was great throughout. Sadly it rained but we did try make a little use of the pergola in the lovely spacious garden. Great contact from the host Chris, it was greatly appreciated. The cleaner was lovely when seeing her upon vacating. We would definitely stay here again.
