Positive: The location near the visitor center was great. The location was walkable to everything you wanted and needed.

Negative: There was a lot of noise from the restaurant upstairs - early in the morning 5:30-7 am every morning and at clean up time 7 ish at night.

Positive: The hostess was very accommodating and helping, the location is great (5mn walk from Zion NP visitor center), the lodging is brand new very clean and the equipment is perfect. The fact that the lodging comes with free parking is also a big plus.

Negative: Actually the UNIT 4 is a basement property and this was not clearly explained when we booked. In addition to limited daylight in the lodging it is located just under a restaurant (the Hangry Goat) and you get all the noise coming from steps and moving furniture that happens in the restaurant. This would be ok if the price of UNIT 4 was not so high.
