The Historic Rose Cottage is a charming cottage located on the main street near the town center in Springdale. Guests are surrounded with views of Zion National Park and are conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, gift shops, art galleries, a grocery store and steps away to shuttle stops for easy access to the park. This is not a shared space with the host so guests have full use of this quaint cottage. The home features original oil paintings by the host that are for sale.

It is located approximately one-half mile from the park entrance.

Summary: Loved the Cottage! Great location for our days exploring Zion and enjoying a day in Springdale. Jack was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The cottage itself was excellent for a couple. Very artistic, quiet, well decorated and we enjoyed Jacks paintings. It felt like a step back in time. Clean and well stocked with the necessities. Highly recommend the Cottage.

Summary: Beautiful cottage and excellent location, walking distance to many restaurants, shops and the shuttle to Zion. The cottage had everything we needed for our short stay. After long days exploring the parks, we loved sitting on the upper patio looking at the stars and watching the deer. House was very clean and the beds were comfy. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Summary: Historic Rose Cottage was charming, thoughtfully decorated, comfortable, clean and in a great location. All was smooth from online rental, questions quickly answered by Jack,the host, the home was well stocked, and check-in and check-out was a breeze. The property is so well layed out with an upper patio that we used mornings, afternoons, and evening - breathtaking views. An outdoor seating area for eating with a grill, an outdoor gathering area under cover and lovely landscaping. It is so close to the entrance of Zion. We would highly recommend this VRBO. Jack has his own paintings of the area hung throughout the house. 10/10

Summary: Perfect! The Rose Cottage was the perfect place to start each day and come back to after a day of hiking and exploring! It’s my idea of a slice of heaven on earth, views, patio , location and Jack was perfect host. Hope to return someday!!
