Located on a quiet street in 78704, which is one of the city's best neighborhoods. It's a two block walk to Barton Springs pool, botanical gardens, Zilker Park, hiking trail, food trucks and restaurants.

You can arrive any time you like 4 PM or later. There is a lock on the door with a code. When you receive the itinerary from airbnb it will include the code for the door.

Summary: We were in town for a wedding in Zilker Park and the location could not be beat. It was a quick uber ride to most of our destinations. The property was clean and well kept. Would stay here again!

Summary: I was born and raised in Austin but haven’t been back in a very long time. This condo was true to the old school Austin I know and love! The location is perfect for walking to get food or drinks or to stroll around the park. I will definitely stay here again next time we’re in town!

Summary: We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was well equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was very convenient to many of the amenities in South Austin. It was only a six-minute walk to Barton Springs Pool!

Summary: My husband and I stayed for 6 nights and loved the location, cleanliness, and relaxed feel of the home. We were only a couple miles away from downtown/6th street. And within walking distance of Barton Springs pool and a lot of hip restaurants. We would definitely recommend this place to other travelers. The only down side is that we drive an electric vehicle and there wasn’t a whole lot of options for charging at the house or near by.
