Positive: My wife loved the water in the lobby. The grounds were very nice to walk around. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We did enjoy the pool.

Negative: I think that the pool cover grates need to be cleaner in the ceiling.

Positive: The front desk staff was amazing and they made our stay exceptional. Special thanks to Jaxon, Imelda and Austen! Restaurant service was excellent, and the carousel memorable.

Negative: Decor could use updating, just in terms of wear on carpets etc. It was also a little odd to be on vacation and to be bombarded by decor of Swiss peasants working hard, on the frieze and the upholstery.

Positive: The property and location were both wonderful! The front desk clerk was welcoming, kind and helpful.

Negative: Our room was in the Chateau Villa wing. The room was clean but the fixtures are outdated, the carpet was worn and old as was the dresser. No frig in the room and no outlets close to the bed for charging. We also had to kill several large spiders in the room.

Summary: Not sure the stay was worth the price

Negative: The food at the hotel was very expensive and lacked the staff to keep up with how busy they were.

Summary: We feel we would have enjoyed our stay very much if it wasn’t during Swiss days, we feel the hotel has a difficult time

Positive: The location is at the base of the Wasatch State Park. It has a small carousel, mini golf, large chess; nature trail, and onsite rentals.

Negative: Very old and needs attention. The TV accepts only VGA cables. The furniture in the room was warn and damaged.
