Positive: I had a fantastic stay! The room was spacious and very clean, which made it super comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety to start the day. The location is perfect—close to the city center and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. It was also really easy to access the slopes, which was a big plus for skiing. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for convenience and comfort!

Positive: We receive the upgrade. We have booked budget room but was given family suit and what a stay it was !! Terrific. The Hotel is located close to Zermat train station The hot water jacuzzi and big swimming pool are so relaxing. We had the best stay of Switzerland in this hotel...!! We as a family will book this hotel every time we visit Zermatt.

Positive: The rooms were great, friendly staff, great location, delicious food in the restaurant & breakfast included. Use of the Spa is brilliant with saunas, onsen bath, hot tubs & indoor heated pool, perfect way to end the day. We booked a budget room and were upgraded to a balcony room which was a bonus.

The spa was a wonderful perk, with an outdoor warm pool, sauna, steam room, and relaxation room. It was a short walk to Zermatt town center. This hotel had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.
