Summary: Ein sehr ruhig gelegenes Apartment in einem 2 Familien Haus ohne Durchgangsverkehr und nicht weit vom Strand gelegen. Diese Wohnung wurde vor einigen Jahren grundsaniert und in der Folge auf dem Stand gehalten. Wir waren 2023 zum 20. mal dort

Summary: Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Allein die Tatsache, dass wir in diesem Jahr das 19.! Jahr hier waren und auch für die nächsten 2 Jahre wieder gebucht haben sagt eigentlich alles. Da diese Wohnung sich in einem 2-Familienhaus befindet und die Vermieter davon eine Wohnung bewohnen, ist es sehr ruhig. wir kommen wieder!! Die Betreuung durch die Agentur Immo-Oog war professionell, hilfsbereit und freundlich, muß ich unserer Bewertung noch hinzufügen.

Summary: Die Wohnung ist nicht nur bestens ausgestattet, sondern auch ausgesprochen gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, zumal auch die Besitzer, die im Haus wohnen, sehr nett sind und uns sogar Gemüse aus dem Garten angeboten haben. Bei einem neuerlichen Aufenthalt auf der Insel würden wir die Wohnung jederzeit wieder anmieten. Die Betreuung durch die Agentur war sehr freundlich und hat reibungslos geklappt. Abschreckend ist allerdings der immense Renovierungsstau an den öffentlichen Gebäuden. Da muss die Gemeinde Wangerooge dringend Erhebliches tun, um nicht von anderen Inseln abgehängt zu werden. Auch der unfreundliche Ton in den Geschäften ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Summary: Wir haben als Familie einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung Zerhusen verbracht! Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und freundlich. Von Anfang an haben wir uns sehr wohl und heimelig gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Südbalkon ist traumhaft, Sonnenschein von morgens bis abends und windgeschützt. Die Lage der Wohnung sehr zentral und zu Fuß alles bestens und schnell zu erreichen. Wir vergeben auf jeden Fall 5 ***** und werden wieder im Ferienhaus Zerhusen unseren Urlaub verbringen, wenn es uns nach Wangerooge verschlagen sollte. Einen kleinen Tipp noch für die Immo/Oog Vermittlung, auch dort ist das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend, wir wussten nicht, dass wir uns 1-2 Tage vor der Abreise mit Ihnen in Verbindung setzen sollten, diese Information ist irgendwie bei der Anreise untergegangen ,, Erklärung des neuen Kaffeeautomaten,, dass Sie vielleicht die Kontaktaufnahme vor Abreise schon bei der Buchung erwähnen. Summary: Sehr ruhige und ruhig gelungene Wohnung in einem 2-Familien Haus die mit allem ausgestattet ist was benötigt wird. Außerdem ist sie modern aber geschmackvoll gestaltet. Der doch recht große Balkon lädt nach dem Strandbesuch zum Dämmerschoppen ein.
