Positive: My stay at Zenscape Oasis was absolutely delightful. The house is beautifully well lit, cosy, incredibly tranquil - the kind of place that immediately puts you at ease. It's location is a major plus, making it easy to access virtually everything one might need. The house was spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a restful night. I stayed here specifically to catch a morning morning at Kisumu Airport, and it worked perfectly for that purpose. A special mention goes to James, the host. Despite my arrival being past midnight, he was remarkably responsive, helpful and reassuring, promptly answering my queries and making the late check-in stress-free. That level of attentiveness truly makes a difference. Overall, Zenscape Oasis offers comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kisumu whether for a short stopover or a longer stay.

Positive: The host went an extra mile to assist me. He helped organize local dinner for me that was very yum. He helped provide an iron box. The extra hour provided for checking out also really helps
