Summary: What a great stay at Acacia Premier! I had been staying at a competitor’s hotel not too far from here as I had been loyal to them for over 15 years. But, after they went under new ownership in recent years, and failed to deliver any meaningful change, I decided to try Acacia. I’m so sorry that I’ve waited so long! What a breath of fresh air for Kisumu. Thanks especially to Mary, Wycliffe, Otieno (gym), and Victor for their outstanding, impeccable, purely professional performance. I will absolutely be coming back again and again.

Summary: Probably the best hotel in Kisumu. Convenient location. Was there for a work trip. Staff was courteous and professional. They had minor issues with printer and electricity shutdowns but nothing that was any kind of major inconvenience for my stay. Also enjoyed the restaurant menu.
