Welcome to our clean, modern, comfy, inviting home.
Open floor plan includes a lot of natural light. The kitchen, living room and back patio make a great space for you and your family or group to gather for meals and relaxing together. Excellent location!
Our neighbors always enjoy gathering at our home; as they report it is so welcoming. We have everything you need to make your visit enjoyable and relaxing. This home is located on a quiet street in a lovely neighborhood. There is plenty of parking in driveway and on the street. There will be no traffic noise; only residents would be driving on our street. We love the convenience of the location; walking distance grocery/wine store, coffee shop, 2 parks, and tennis courts. Walk (.7 miles) to excellent breakfast/lunch and dinner locations. Close to bike/walking paths and bus stop. Pearl Street 1.3 mile. We have raised our 3 girls in this home and have relocated recently. Our property manager is amazing and lives close by. My husband, i and property manager will do everything possible to make your experience in our home the best it can be. Rental availability is wide open, rent for a month, the summer, a year or more. License # RHL-00996944. Zoning is for no more than 3 unrelated individuals per reservation. Utilities to be discussed for renting greater than 1 month. We hope you stay in our home.

Summary: This was a very nice layout for celebrating the holiday week with family and friends in Boulder. And the location is wonderful--near the essential shopping areas and yet very accessible to Pearl Street. It is for the most part well-equipped, but there were a few things missing in the kitchen for entertaining such as wine glasses. Overall, however, it was a great place.

Summary: We came to town for parents weekend and had extended family that to visit as well. the house was amazing everything was set up perfectly … not far from University of Colorado stadium , lots of restaurants nearby as well … house was perfect!!!

Summary: We had a lovely time here. The house is clean and well-furnished. Our kids had a blast in the backyard with the trampoline and swings. Jules was communicative and accommodating when our flights changed. Easy walking distance to shops.

Summary: I couldn’t have picked a better place for my three adult children and two grandchildren to stay while we were in Colorado getting married. It was a beautiful space and the backyard and patio were perfect for gatherings Jules was a responsive and kind host!

Summary: Our stay here was just perfect! Jules was so nice and helpful. The house was warm and inviting, just what we needed after a long day of traveling. We really enjoyed dinners on the the back patio. The location was perfect. Some restaurants within walking distance, easy drive to see the Boulder sights and we took advantage of having a Whole Foods so close by. I highly recommend!!

Summary: This rental was fantastic! There were 6 travelers in my party (2 adults and 4 teens) and we all loved it. The home is spacious with four bedrooms and 2.5 baths, so there was plenty of sleeping space for us all. The open floor plan on the main floor was great when we wanted to sit down and visit, and the backyard wowed us all. It is fenced in so it is a nice, private space, and there is a nice patio with a table and chairs, as well as a fire pit with comfortable chairs. The teens also liked the trampoline! The location in town is great, it's easy to get to the grocery store, shopping areas, etc. I would definitely stay again!

Summary: We hosted a wedding with a lot of out of town guests, including our family. Our immediate family of 5 stayed at Jules' house and it was lovely! There was plenty of room for our guests to come and spend time with us; the den and backyard are spacious and charming. The house is perfectly located for getting to downtown/Pearl Street area. We had some check out time issues and Jules was exceptionally accommodating.
