Positive: The apartment is very well located, right next to the center of Shinjuku and really close access to multiple metro lines which was great! The apartment is super cute et was perfect for a group of 3. You have access to a washing machine, AC, Netflix and more. Really great stay.

Positive: The apartment was close to Central Shinjuku. The are convenience stores nearby and restaurants in the area. Matsuya (Yoshinoya type of restaurant) is in the building. The ramen place is also good. The beddings is also great and very comfortable sofa. Our family have stayed in a lot of Air BNB’s and this is one of the best. Thank you Liza. Will stay again next time we go to Tokyo. If you are a group of 4 or 5 pax i suggest book a ride with Klook from and to the airport. 👌👌👌

Negative: The door key was at first hard to open. But once you get used to it its ok.

Positive: Amanda with Zen Apartment was so nice and helpful! She was in good communication with me and worked hard to get us in early. Beautiful touches in every room! My daughter went back to the room before the rest of us and sent me this text: "Tell her the room is lovely!! My type of vibe - music, projector, soft lighting, pretty furniture"! The view from the balcony is also beautiful. It's a close walk to all the fun in Shinjuku! The outside of the apartment and the immediate area aren't the best, but once you are in the apartment, it's incredible! This is the place to stay for Zen quiet in the center of activity! Thanks Amanda!

Positive: Clean, quiet and spacious apartment with laundry available inside the apartment. Access to and from apartment via bus to the destinations near Shinjuku / Shibuya was great.

Positive: This apartment is a hidden gem within a 10-minute walk from the heart of Shinjuku. It jas laundry facilities and plenty of food nearest. Very clean and relaxing stay. Communication from the owner was excellent. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
