Negative: No privacy at your private pool. Beds very hard and uncomfortable. Many power cuts a day. Doors don’t close completely, lots of wind comes in. Staff at the restaurant not friendly. Restaurant VERY small.

Positive: Amazing hotel. Great location next to one of the best beaches in Zanzibar. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Selection of food is better than we expected. The room is large and comfortable with a great view of the sea. I highly recommend this place.

Positive: There are a couple of points I want to share for this property. First of all it is a comparatively new one so everything was very nice and clean. The staffs were great and very helpful in all matters. The managers and the PRs were also helpful in all matters internal and external keeping a close eye on the operational matter. The beach was very silent, no people or tourist and is almost our private one. The location is serene and is a perfect example of a typical tropical paradise. Each room has a private pool and is really spacious and one can easily enjoy the time around it.

Negative: So saying the good things, I must portray some important points as well to keep in mind :- 1. Most importantly regarding the ALL-Inclusive package. I took it but I suggest not to take. Normally in other big hotels they have lot of options and it never goes out (finishes). It is relevant for both food and drinks. They have a set menu and some set drinks, but next day we were informed some of the items of the menu are not there and our selective drinks are finished. So don't opt for All Inclusive package. Pay for what you want to have. 2. The approach road to the property is a bit tricky. It was so complex that even our airport pickup driver fixed by the property couldnt find it. We had to roam around a bit scratching the way out. And if you are self driving it will be hell.

Positive: I stayed here for a vacation, and everything went smoothly. The staff were efficient, check-in took less than five minutes, and the Wi-Fi was reliable for video calls. The room was clean and modern, and the air conditioner was workingperfectly. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. I’d definitely stay again when I’m back in town.

Positive: Absolutely stunning location - right on the white sandy beach and in a lovely quiet part of the island. The apartment was super spacious and the private pool was a huge bonus. The staff were mostly lovely and the food was very nice. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars nearby.

Negative: It's got the potential to be a real luxury place but it falls short with a few issues. Our apartment was on the end and the staff used it several times to access the other apartments, including once to check a couple in to the apartment next door whilst we were in our own pool! We often heard people in our pool area early in the morning cleaning up and it made things much less private and relaxing. We were also woken early each morning by the music in the restaurant which went on all day until it closed at night. We ate in the restaurant on the first night and the food was delicious but there were cats everywhere begging for food and attempting to jump up. We didn't have this issue at any other restaurants on the island.

Positive: The location is beautiful, very quiet, with a very relaxing atmosphere. The little garden is very well taken care of, the whole location is very well maintained (pools cleaned daily). The restaurant is very nice and has a cute terrace with a beautiful view. The breakfast is amazing; you have a few choices, but they are very generous and delicious. The food at the restaurant is good and reasonably priced. They sometimes have entertainment and special menus for dinner. The rooms are very spacious, with direct access to the private pool and terrace, which was the highlight of our stay here. The staff is also very friendly and made our stay here even more enjoyable. You can also get massages at the location, there is a designated place with a massage table.

Negative: The furniture and linen used in the houses could use a little revamp (some look a little bit worse for wear), but it's not such a big deal, really. Also, this is not really a location you go to for the beach (it's mostly low tide during the day and the beach is full of dead seaweed). You could get a taxi and go to a nice beach in Paje, though.
