Positive: This is a very nice resort on the hills of Chimgan, the hotel is super clean, and it has very pleasant views, swimming pool, and additional activities outside such as horse riding. Breakfast may feel a bit crowdy. Overall it was an amazing short stay for us

Positive: everything was excellent, staff was very nice and cooperative specially fotima. Very sweet. breakfast was decent less vegetarian options but they specially for us.

Positive: Generally the hotel is clean and new. The staff is welcoming and ready to solve any issues quickly. AT first we got a room with not so good view, but they changed it without any issues. Breakfast variety is great and everything was tasty. Got swimming pool and sauna, but we didn’t have swimming suits to try it. Got playgrounds inside and outside, so our kid was happy.

Negative: Just a few things to improve: - suggest swimming attires for guests to rent - write down the names of the food (especially in English), as it was a bit difficult to understand what is what for foreigners :) Other than that, everything is good. Keep it up😇
