Positive: We had a fantastic stay at this centrally located apartment in Samarkand! The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to all the main attractions, cafes, and shops, making it perfect for exploring the beautiful city. The apartment itself is modern, spotless, and very comfortable, ideal for a family stay. It had everything we needed, even for our toddler, which made our visit so much easier and more enjoyable. What truly made the experience exceptional was the amazing and welcoming owner, Svetlana. From the moment we arrived, Svetlana and Larisa went out of their way to ensure we felt at home, offering great local tips and being incredibly kind and responsive throughout our stay. Samarkand is a stunning city full of history and charm, and having such a great place to stay made it even more special. Highly recommended for families or anyone wanting a perfect base in this unforgettable city!

Positive: The flat was fantastic! Svetlana and Larissa were amazing! The flat is extremely well located, walking distance from all the major sites in Samarkand. It looks recently refurbished and to a very high standard. It was spotlessly clean and both Svetlana (from afar) and Larissa (in person) were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. We had their phone number in advance so we could contact them if we needed to discuss anything before or during our stay, including advise of arrival time, as traffic was quite congested coming from Tashkent. The beds were very comfortable (including the sofa bed for our child). The flat has central heating and A/C (though we didn’t need either as it was perfect temperature when we visited). The kitchen is fully equipped and there was some fruit, biscuits, water and even milk and cereal for our child. There was even wet wipes and napkins, besides tissue. Very thoughtful. The bathroom had all the amenities expected from an excellent hotel, including toiletry kits, hair drier and heated towel rack. Larissa was in contact with our driver on our way to Samarkand, and was waiting for us at the flat parking area. She also met us on the day we left. Both Svetlana and Larissa are very kind and warm. It was a pleasure to stay at apartment and we hope to return one day.

Positive: The great apartment in the middle of everywhere! Firstly you appreciate a kindness, attentiveness and overwhelming hospitality of an owner and her associate. Then you sink into comfort and shininess of the place, and then you realize that there is no need in uber, all you need is in a walk distance from the point of your residence whether it is a sightseeng or the best restorant, place for a walk passing rare trees or historical buildings or museums or themes parks. Additionally the hostess will help you to find the best guides, which is great, because it's the problem in these days all over the country. The price is excess everage level, but this is worth it.
