Summary: Pool was heated perfectly. Rooms were good size and plenty of underground parking. Wish there were luggage carts available in the parking structure.

Summary: Amazing experience. Offered us an upgrade for a reasonable price to a presidential suite. Very large and convenient room close to the pool and the beach. The game room off of the pool was a cool addition. The beach was very nice and almost seemed like a private beach. Food was a little pricey but very good. We will be back.

Summary: This is my first okay review of our stay here at zachari dunez. Wr have stayed here for many years and have most always had such a fantastic stay.This time was quite different. We were not given room access until 540pm as room had not been cleaned. Very inconvenient when you have a function to attend. The front staff were ok friendly but I would have thought they would try a little harder as we are repeat customers. The bench under the tv was ripped and dirty, the bathtub was dirty with sand and hair, and the towels smelled gross. Lara who is a server at the pool was absolutely exceptional and so friendly! She worked so hard to make sure all guest were attended to and had what they needed. She was patient and kind to everyone even when telling them they needed to follow the rules. She should be a manager as she exudes the personality and dedication.

Summary: This was my second time staying here and it was a great experience just like the first time we had ocean view king room the room was really clean and spacious. The staff was so pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious the food was a bit pricey so we only ate breakfast there.I will stay here again I love the 2 bathrooms it was perfect for me and my son.

Summary: We loved our room with nice size balcony partial view of the ocean. We had the two queen bed suite...nice surprise the room had two bathrooms. The grounds are beautiful, loved the heated pool. We ate dinner and breakfast at the restaurant "Ox and Ocean" very nice. We had a cocktail at the open air bar by the pool in the late evening hour. The kids were in the pool having a blast playing and watching a Disney Movie on the Big Screen set up right next to the Pool. Plenty of cemented walking paths next to the ocean. We will be returning and I can't wait.

Summary: Beautiful hotel, we stayed in an ocean view room. The room had some snags in the couch and stains the blinds, no biggie. The hotel stated there was a bubble party at 4pm on the beach, this didn’t happen. They also stated you get 2 hours free rentals, it’s actually only 1 hour per chair and very expensive after the free hour. The food and drinks are also expensive $18 for chicken strips and $18/cocktail. The staff were incredibly friendly.

Summary: Great property but a little too pricey imo. Always stayed at this location years ago and there was a lot more activities available at little to no cost. Now everything looks more upscale but the amount of activities and cost of anything, I mean anything, just seems high. But I think part of that is the area and overall COL. still a beautiful location right on the beach; location, location, location…
