Positive: Beautiful setting. Mr Yu helped me out when I lost his instructions
Negative: I am hiking the Via Francigena trail so the added miles walking on a dangerous road wore me out.
Summary: Very nice for traveling in an automobile.

Positive: The property was clean , lovely facilities comfortable rooms
Negative: I was staying on my own and my only negative was I felt a bit vulnerable as was out of the way a bit , and remote . Also there was no bolt on an adjoining room that said do not enter .

Positive: Large property, in relaxing grounds.
Negative: It’s like a scout hut, with typically mismatched furniture and a little shabby. Decent as a base for walking etc but not for business. Very disappointed that the snooker and table tennis cost extra, and are not cheap either, payment going straight to the host. The snooker cues had no tips, making the game unplayable. The host didn’t offer a refund on the extra cost which is pretty poor.
Summary: Okay for leisure but not the ‘luxury’ guest house expected.

Positive: It was convenient for where I needed to be and Yu was very quick to reply ands respond to my messages.
Negative: The accommodation is adequate and served my purposes. It is quite basic and only has electric convector heaters so I can imagine it is cold in winter. I would say that the facilities are basic - enough, but no frills. Tea, instant coffee and sugar are provided but nothing else. It's a strange layout - you have to walk through the kitchen to get to the bathroom, and there is no heat in the bathroom - it's all a bit 'Heath Robinson' with cellophane at the windows as a form of double glazing!
Summary: OK

Negative: Not enough towels, just one thin bath towel per person. There were no hairdryers or personal hygiene products.
