Positive: Wow what can I say, I knew from the listing online that this apartment would be good but it definitely exceeded our expectations. Lucia and Stefan were great with communications from the start, the meet and greet was great and Stefan waited for us to arrive, showed us where to park (we hired a car and needed the garage parking - this was definitely needed as on street parking even in the early season was not available) and then showed us around the apartment and explained how everything worked. Nothing seemed too much trouble for him and he was always on hand if needed :) The apartment itself is fantastic, I have never stayed anywhere before, where nothing was needed, missing or could be tweaked. The apartment had everything and more you could ever need. It was so clean and tidy, exceptionally decorated and very well maintained. The two balconies were an absolute joy, during the day you can switch between the two depending on the shade, with the added bonus of retractable awnings, we loved that fact that we could just relax on our own, in our own private space and watch the world go by. The air-con in the open living area and bedroom was exceptionally good. The huge wardrobe and chest of drawers were amazing for storing everything. The apartment contents were fantastic, everything has been thought of from numerous glasses, mugs, bowls, tea, coffee, spices, oils, cleaning products, bathroom essentials, towels, blankets, safe, etc. The complex is very well looked after and very secure. We were not disturbed by any noise from the street or the pool/bar area during our stay. The pool and access was great with plenty of sun loungers for use and no early morning towel wars. The location of the apartment is fantastic, just one road back from the sea front but far enough away from all the restaurants and bars so no noise was heard. Overall we had a fantastic time at this apartment and we would not hesitate in returning.

Negative: There was absolutely nothing to dislike :)

Positive: This apartment is absolutely beautiful,looks exactly like the photos , spotlessly clean,big enough to be comfortable,very comfortable big bed.The outside spaces are fantastic,both front and back,the outside at the front door have 2 sunloungers ,which is a sun trap ,and great for the morning sun.If you wanted you could stay in the apartment and never need to venture away,the sun is on the other side of the property on the other balcony all afternoon .Lucia was fantastic and met us at the complex to hand keys over ,they own the little cafe underneath,so any problems they were on hand if needed,we didn't need to contact them ,everything was perfect.The kitchen has everything you could imagine ,huge American fridge freezer with ice maker and water .Great large shower.Yukka park complex was very quiet ,but we didn't mind ,rarely in as the apartment is about 5-10 min walk to the beach,where also as many bats and restaurants you can wish for ,supermarkets a short walk ,either left or right of the apartment.As a base for venturing out and about the is a perfect spot.If we return to adeje ,we won't be looking anywhere else other than to return to apartment Stephanie.1 of the nicest apartments ever stopped in on holiday 👌👌👌

Positive: Amazing responsiveness from the hosts. They own the bistro downstairs, so they were able (and more than happy) to assist quickly with anything we needed. The accommodation was very clean, newly renovated, and well equipped. The location is excellent - just a couple of minutes’ walk to the beach. Underground parking is available for €10 per day, which is well worth it given the limited parking in the area. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, had no concerns, and will definitely return.

Negative: Everything was great for us (we travelled with two small children), but it’s worth noting that you can only access the property via stairs. Something to keep in mind if you’re travelling with a pram or wheelchair.
