Yoyogi Residential House, after living in Tokyo for 15 years this is as good as it gets for me. Ando Tadao inspired design, 150m2 in one of Tokyo's most amazing neighborhoods, walking distance to the famous Yoyogi park, residential area, still just being a stone throw's away from Tokyo's poshest and coolest Tomigaya neighbourhood. fully equipped with the best of what Japan has to offer, Sony 4k 55" and 65" inch subwoofer equipped TV, air conditioner you can control from your iphone, etc. etc.
it is a full house constructed in concrete Ando Tadao style. you have access of all the 3 floors, each floor is 50 squaremeter, on both sides on 2nd floor and 3rd floor you have 2 terraces. two spacey toilets for Japanese standards on first and 2nd floor and one master bedroom (Queen size) with a walk through closet. on the first floor there is a guest room with a double bed, ideal for your children. the guest room is small however you have access to a little private terrace on the other side.
